Born in the Sixties: Mission on Earth
120 min. audio-cassette $12
from Sept. 2004 talk for the Houston NCGR, sound quality acceptable
A rare conjunction of Uranus and Pluto made this decade a memorable one.
Those born during this time are brave souls who experience continual extraordinary
planetary choreography. This talk considers issues, challenges and transpersonal
agendas confronting this generation of the years 1957-1972. Current Pluto
and Uranus transits are activating their charts with a heightened intensity.
This group has several interesting sub-groups with exceptional skills,
an affinity for dark matter and sensitive responsiveness to Anima Mundi,
the soul of the world. In 2004 they enter a new dimension of their experience
on planet Earth.

In Search of Dark Mater: Text CD $20
A Mythopoetic Study in Imaginal Cosmology , 300 pp. text CD of Ph.D. dissertation
One of the leading edges of modern cosmology is the search for dark matter,
a currently unknown substance with an immense yet invisible presence in
the universe, according to the latest theories in astrophysics. By removing
one "t" from matter, we are left with mater, Latin for mother,
and the search for the dark mother. Images of the dark feminine, of dark-faced
goddesses, are found in the mythologies of many cultures, appearing as
mysterious figures of ambiguous meaning. This study investigates the psycho-spiritual
meaning of these dark goddesses and considers the archetypal implications
of the search for dark matter in modern cosmology.
This interdisciplinary study incorporates perspectives from depth psychology,
ancient and modern cosmologies, mythology, philosophical and religious
studies, and female spirituality. The three main readings areas are:
Cosmology, Ancient and Modern
Dark Mater, Dark Mother
The Dark Goddess Lilith
This study is largely experiential, using a combination of hermeneutic,
heuristic and intuitive methodologies, most importantly mythopoesis or
storytelling as an epistemology. Original material is researched through
mythopoetic expression, creative involvement in the study topic through
drama, visual arts and creative writing. The heart of the research is
the individual experience that contributes to and understanding of the
archetypal meaning of the dark feminine and its relation to the search
for dark matter in collective experience.
